You don't have to keep holding it all together

Maybe you're the person everyone relies on. You get things done, show up for others, and hold yourself to high standards. But underneath the surface, you may be dealing with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, overthinking, or the feeling that your mind never really turns off.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's keeping you stuck, and begin creating meaningful change.

Anxiety | Support for chronic worry, overthinking, perfectionism, stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty feeling in control.

OCD & Intrusive Thoughts | Therapy for intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, checking, avoidance, and excessive doubt. Treatment may incorporate ERP.

Therapy for the things that keep you stuck

Trauma & ART | A trauma-informed approach to processing difficult experiences and the ways they continue to affect you. ART may be incorporated when clinically appropriate.

Perfectionism & People-Pleasing | For people who are tired of constantly trying to meet impossible expectations, keep everyone happy, or prove they're doing enough.

OCD therapy that helps you step out of the cycle

OCD can make unwanted thoughts feel urgent, meaningful, or impossible to ignore. You may find yourself seeking reassurance, checking, avoiding situations, mentally reviewing, or trying to achieve complete certainty.

Jessica provides individualized therapy for OCD and intrusive thoughts. Treatment may incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The goal isn't to control every thought. It's to change your relationship with thoughts and uncertainty so OCD has less control over your life.

Investing in your well-being

Private-pay therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being. Individual 55-minute sessions are $150, with ART intensives also available. Care is personalized, flexible, and focused on your goals—not insurance requirements. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
